Recreate the string method capitalize(). Do NOT use the built in capitalize command. The first character should be upper case, all of the the rest should be lower case. You may use the string methods upper() and lower().

myCapitalize('abby') → 'Abby'
myCapitalize('FISH!') → 'Fish!'
myCapitalize('123') → '123'
