This function returns a concatenated String including only the numbers with ODD indexes (1, 3, 5 etc.) in the array, in ascending index order. Around values, print square brackets "[" (before) and "]" (after). If there is only one element in the array, return an empty String.

HINT
How should the loop change?

apcsaArraysPrintOddIndexArrayValuesWithBrackets([0, 1, 2, 3]) → "[1][3]"
apcsaArraysPrintOddIndexArrayValuesWithBrackets([-1, -3, 5]) → "[-3]"
apcsaArraysPrintOddIndexArrayValuesWithBrackets([0]) → ""
