This function returns a concatenated String including all the numbers in the array, in descending index order. Around values, print square brackets "[" (before) and "]" (after).

HINT
Mostly this is the same as another problem, but the order is changed. How could this be accomplished? Think visually, that might help.

apcsaArraysPrintArrayValuesReversedWithBrackets([0, 1, 2, 3]) → "[3][2][1][0]"
apcsaArraysPrintArrayValuesReversedWithBrackets([-1, -3, 5]) → "[5][-3][-1]"
apcsaArraysPrintArrayValuesReversedWithBrackets([0]) → "[0]"

...Save, Compile, Run (ctrl-enter)

public String apcsaArraysPrintArrayValuesReversedWithBrackets(int[] nums) { }
