To whomever follows me into the Desert of Cigol, let me warn you that the creatures found here are tricky. These spells have been twisted from common workday spells. The Oasis of Tser has been surrounded by them and can no longer be used by anyone traveling in the Desert. Your help will make the Desert safe for caravans and couriers again.
Fortunately, a careful review of the creatures' characteristics will help you understand each one...and the special needs each has that will tame it to your hand. I have found that if I investigate its character precisely, often even charting out just how it behaves in its various circumstances, I can easily bring my will to bear on it and master it.
