anyInRangeDivisibleByValue

Return true if any of the values from start to end inclusive are evenly divisible by value. If not return false. Assume start <= end, and start is a positive value. Remember that remainder is the % operator in java.

anyInRangeDivisibleByValue(1, 10, 7) → true
anyInRangeDivisibleByValue(15, 20, 7) → false
anyInRangeDivisibleByValue(8, 13, 7) → false
