Define a function that when passed two integers (say a, b), returns the first number (a) divided (integer division) by 2, (b) number of times. You cannot use conditions or loops.


divideByTwo(1024, 10) → 1
divideByTwo(100, 2) → 25
divideByTwo(1073741824, 26) → 16
