isSet

Define a function that when passed an ArrayList of Integers, returns true if each item in the list occurs exactly once, false otherwise. Return false if the list itself is null. Ignore null objects inside the list.

isSet([10, 70, 20, 90]) → true
isSet([10, 70, 20, 90, 90]) → false
isSet([10, 70, null, 90]) → true
