list_shiftLeft

Given a list of integers, shift all of the values one spot to the left. Make the first element wrap around and become the new last element. If the list is empty, return the empty list.

list_shiftLeft([1, 2]) → [2, 1]
list_shiftLeft([1, 2, 3]) → [2, 3, 1]
list_shiftLeft([4, 2, 1, 3]) → [2, 1, 3, 4]
