indexOfLargestValue


Find and return the index of the largest value in the array. If there are more than one occurrences of the max value, return the smallest index of those occurrences. You may assume arr.length is not zero.


indexOfLargestValue([100]) → 0
indexOfLargestValue([9, 8, 7]) → 0
indexOfLargestValue([7, 8, 9]) → 2
