indexOfLargestValue

Find and return the largest value in the array. If there is more than one occurrence of the max value, return the smallest index. You may assume arr.length is not zero.

indexOfLargestValue([100]) → 0
indexOfLargestValue([9, 8, 7]) → 0
indexOfLargestValue([7, 8, 9]) → 2
