Given TWO Strings, return the SUM of their lengths. 


  int len1 = var1.length();
  int len2 = var2.length();
  int sum = len1 + len2;
  return sum;

sumStringLengths("0", "1") → 2
sumStringLengths("0", "01") → 3
sumStringLengths("", "0123") → 4
