Given an ArrayList of Integer values, remove every other odd value encountered in the list, starting with the first one found. Return the modified list.

apcsaListRemoveOdds([3, 2, 5, 7, 9]) → [2, 5, 9]
apcsaListRemoveOdds([1, 3, 5, 7, 9]) → [3, 7]
apcsaListRemoveOdds([2]) → [2]
