Given an input String, return true if the characters in the String are in non-descending order (e.g., "abc", "aab"). However, the character "z" acts as a "reset button." If the current character is "z", the next character can be anything (even if it is lexicographically earlier) without returning false.

apcsaLoopsOrderedReset("abcde") → true
apcsaLoopsOrderedReset("bananas") → false
apcsaLoopsOrderedReset("abzbd") → true

...Save, Compile, Run (ctrl-enter)

public boolean apcsaLoopsOrderedReset(String str) { }
