Taglio sinistro

Funzione che costruisce una nuova stringa "eliminando" i primi n caratteri di una stringa s.

Se n è "troppo grande", ossia maggiore delle dimensioni di s, la funzione "taglia" tutto, perciò deve restituire una stringa vuota.


taglioSx("poste", 1) → "oste"
taglioSx("ciao", 2) → "ao"
taglioSx("ciao", 1) → "iao"
