If the last element in the list is 8, return the list unchanged. If the list's last element is not 8, change the last element to have a value 8 more than it currently has. The list may be empty.

listLastPlus8([3, 4, 7, 1]) → [3, 4, 7, 9]
listLastPlus8([4, 9, 3, 8]) → [4, 9, 3, 8]
listLastPlus8([1, 6, 8, 8]) → [1, 6, 8, 8]
