evenAt


Define a function that when passed an ArrayList and an integer (representing an index), returns true if the item in the list at the index is an even number, false otherwise. You may assume the index is valid, that is, an item DOES exist at that index.


evenAt([10, 70, 21, 90], 2) → false
evenAt([10, 70, 21, 90], 3) → true
evenAt([20, 20, 40], 0) → true
