Define a function that when passed a list, returns true if all items of the list are even numbers, false otherwise. You should return true if the list is empty. This is known as the *vacuous truth*.


all_evens([1, 7, 2, 9]) → False
all_evens([1, 7, -7, 2, 9]) → False
all_evens([0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0]) → True
