Given a String str, return a one-character String containing the fifth character of the input. For this problem, some of the inputs will have less than five characters. If the input has less than five characters, return the entire input. 

HINT
Use substring() with two parameters to do this, as well as the length() method.

apcsaStringsGimmeFifth2("quick") → "k"
apcsaStringsGimmeFifth2("hi") → "hi"
apcsaStringsGimmeFifth2("Where are you?") → "e"
