Given an array of non-negative integers, return that array after changing all numbers ending in 9 to the next integer. For example, 59 would become 60.

bumpTheNines([49, 33, 29]) → [50, 33, 30]
bumpTheNines([90, 99]) → [90, 100]
bumpTheNines([68]) → [68]
