withoutTwo


Given a string, return a version without the first and middle char, so "abcde" yields "bde". We'll say the middle char is at position length/2 whether or not the length is even. The string length will be at least 2.


withoutTwo("abcde") → "bde"
withoutTwo("java") → "aa"
withoutTwo("coding") → "odng"
