Define a function that when passed two integers representing the left and right boundaries of a number range, returns the first perfect square in the range. Return 0 if no perfect square exists in the range.


firstPerfectSquare(10, 20) → 16
firstPerfectSquare(1000, 2000) → 1024
firstPerfectSquare(100, 0) → 0
