Given a string, compute recursively (no loops) a new string where anywhere "hi" has been changed to "bye". str will contain only lowercase letters.


changeHiBye("codehi") → "codebye"
changeHiBye("xxhixx") → "xxbyexx"
changeHiBye("xhixhix") → "xbyexbyex"
