Find all elements where a is a prefix of b. ("in" is a prefix of "inside") A will appear before b in the array. Return the count of such pairs. Pairs do not need to be consecutive.


countPrefix(["cat", "caterpillar", "dog", "ca"]) → 1
countPrefix(["ca", "cat", "caterpillar", "dog"]) → 3
