Define a function that when passed an integer list and two integers (start and end), returns the list containing items in the passed list from index start to index end, inclusive on both sides. Return an empty list if either index is invalid, or if the range is invalid.


sub_array([10, 70, 20, 90, 30, 80, 60, 10, 70, 40], 5, 2) → []
sub_array([10, 70, 20, 90, 30, 80, 60, 10, 70, 40], 2, 5) → [20, 90, 30, 80]
sub_array([10, 70, 20, 90, 30, 80, 60, 10, 70, 40], -1, 5) → []
