scramble

Given a string, it creates and returns a new string by taking alternately letters from the front and back of the parameter. If the parameter has a length less than 2 then the method returns the parameter.

scramble("boat") → "btoa"
scramble("PAINT") → "PTANI"
scramble("ape") → "aep"
