public boolean digitIn100sColumnIsOdd(int number)

Given an integer, return true if the 3rd-to-last digit is odd.
Otherwise return false;

You can extract the digit in the 100s column as follows:
(1) Divide the number by 100 (integer division)
(2) Extract the last digit using MOD 10.
digit = (number / 100) % 10;

digitIn100sColumnIsOdd(312) → true
digitIn100sColumnIsOdd(141) → true
digitIn100sColumnIsOdd(1053) → false
