Define a function that when passed two integers, returns the remainder when the first integer is divided by the second, WITHOUT using the % operator. So, essentially the function implements the outcome of % if we didn't have it.


remainder(17, 5) → 2
remainder(-17, 5) → 3
remainder(17, -5) → -3
