existsExactlyOnce

Define a function that when passed an ArrayList of Integers, and an integer, returns true if the list contains that value EXACTLY ONCE, false otherwise. Note: You can do this without using a loop!

existsExactlyOnce([10, 70, 21, 90], 2) → false
existsExactlyOnce([10, 70, 21, 90], 21) → true
existsExactlyOnce([10, 70, 21, 90, 21], 21) → false

...Save, Compile, Run (ctrl-enter)

boolean existsExactlyOnce(ArrayList<Integer> list, int val) { }
