Given a String and a delimiter String, return only the portion of the String up to and including the delimiter. If the delimiter is not found in the String return "No Delim" instead.


strDelim("Hello;World.", ";") → "Hello;"
strDelim("Hello;World.", ".") → "Hello;World."
strDelim("Hello;World.", "%") → "No Delim"
