Given a String str, return a one-character String containing the fifth character of the input. Precondition: all the inputs will have at least five characters. 

HINT
Use substring() with two parameters to do this.

apcsaStringsGimmeFifth("quick") → "k"
apcsaStringsGimmeFifth("hello") → "o"
apcsaStringsGimmeFifth("Where are you?") → "e"
