This function returns a concatenated String including only the numbers with EVEN indexes (0, 2, 4 etc.) in the array, in ascending index order. After that, the String should include the numbers with ODD indexes (1, 3, 5 etc.) in the array. Around values, print square brackets "[" (before) and "]" (after).

CHALLENGE: solve this with only one loop.

HINT: the challenge implies that the easier solution is to use two loops.

apcsaArraysPrintEvenThenOddIndexArrayValuesWithBrackets([0, 1, 2, 3]) → "[0][2][1][3]"
apcsaArraysPrintEvenThenOddIndexArrayValuesWithBrackets([-1, -3, 5]) → "[-1][5][-3]"
apcsaArraysPrintEvenThenOddIndexArrayValuesWithBrackets([0]) → "[0]"

...Save, Compile, Run (ctrl-enter)

public String apcsaArraysPrintEvenThenOddIndexArrayValuesWithBrackets(int[] nums) { }
