findMaxIndex


Uses recursion to find and return the INDEX of the largest int in an array of ints. The array will have a length >= 1 and contain NO duplicates.


findMaxIndex([1, 3, 2], 3) → 1
findMaxIndex([-1, -3, -2], 3) → 0
findMaxIndex([2, 3], 2) → 1
