Given an ArrayList of exactly 3 Integers, return a new ArrayList of size 4 where the first element is number of equal elements


sumList([1, 2, 3]) → [0, 1, 2, 3]
sumList([1, 1, 1]) → [3, 1, 1, 1]
sumList([1, 2, 2]) → [2, 1, 2, 2]
