logic_onlyOnePositive


Given two integers "a" and "b", return true if only one of them is positive. Do not return true if they are both positive. Zero is neither positive nor negative.


logic_onlyOnePositive(-1, -1) → false
logic_onlyOnePositive(-1, 1) → true
logic_onlyOnePositive(1, -1) → true
