Given to integer parameters, return the greater if both are odd, the less if both are even and the sum if one is odd and the other even.


oddMaxEvenMinSum(2, 4) → 2
oddMaxEvenMinSum(4, 2) → 2
oddMaxEvenMinSum(1, 3) → 3
