Define a function that when passed two integers (say a, b), returns the first number (a) multiplied by 2, (b) number of times. You cannot use conditions or loops.

multiplyByTwo(10, 5) → 320
multiplyByTwo(3, 4) → 48
multiplyByTwo(0, 10) → 0
