Given two numbers a and b, build a String that contains every number from a to b, inclusive. Now however, you must decide which way to change your loop control variable. Precondition: a != b for all inputs. That means a could be greater, or less than b.

apcsaLoopsConcatInclusiveEitherWay(5, 3) → "543"
apcsaLoopsConcatInclusiveEitherWay(10, 8) → "1098"
apcsaLoopsConcatInclusiveEitherWay(3, -2) → "3210-1-2"

...Save, Compile, Run (ctrl-enter)

public String apcsaLoopsConcatInclusiveEitherWay(int a, int b) { }
